ComfortWise® homes are energy efficient

ComfortWise is a “turn-key” energy efficiency program that requires an HVAC system designed by a registered engineer, inspections and diagnostics, and specific energy features. ComfortWise homes are at least 30% more energy efficient than required by the International Energy Efficiency Code and 15% more energy efficient than required by the stringent California Residential Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24).
