ComfortWise® Green includes all aspects of ComfortWise with the added resource savings and features of various green programs in several states. It is designed to accomplish significant and quantifiable environmental achievements through third-party testing. Though the requirements vary by program and state, ComfortWise high energy efficiency standards are always the starting point. ConSol can help you decide which program is right for you. ComfortWise Green includes marketing assistance, website listing and links, builder and home owner certificates, and point-of-sale brochures.

The Southern Nevada Green Building Partnership (SNGBP) grew from a need to build comfortable, energy efficient homes that use sustainable resources and leave a smaller environmental imprint. This voluntary program was designed to benefit buyers, jurisdictions, and builders alike. It is truly a win-win-win program for Las Vegas.
