Energy Efficient Housing
ConSol has been working with the residential new construction market for the past 25 years, helping builders construct over 10,000 above code homes. Energy efficient homes have gained popularity among buyers and provide builders with an excellent return on their investment. Energy efficient homes provide financial benefits to homebuyers by reducing monthly utility bills. The amount saved is greater than the cost of the improved features and with rising energy prices, result in even greater savings for buyers and improved marketability for builders.
