Arden Park: Contractors
The Neighborhood program will be promoted for a two month period in selected SMUD neighborhoods through: homeowners’ association meetings, newsletters and community events (movie night, concert in the park, park kiosks); direct mailers, fliers, door knob hangers, and yard signs. Contractors’ expenses are reduced through: list of pre-interested homeowners which helps lessen customer acquisition costs; fixed materials list which enables contractor to provide bulk discounts; and neighborhood access which provides efficient scheduling of labor, equipment and reduction of transportation costs.
